These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LLM Matrix Lab, an interactive multi-model tokenizer console.

2. Permitted Use
LLM Matrix Lab is provided for educational, research, and developer utility purposes. You may use the service to analyze prompt token counts, inspect byte segmentations, calculate vision model tile breakdowns, tokenize audio spectrograms, explore 3D LLM Transformer architectures, and train custom neural networks in the Neural Network Visualizer.
You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its client-side operation.
3. Accuracy, Simulations & Cost Estimations
LLM Matrix Lab uses official BPE vocabularies and standard vision scaling algorithms to provide accurate token counts and cost estimates. However, token pricing and API rates set by AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Meta, Google, DeepSeek, or Anthropic) are subject to change. Estimated cost figures are provided for informational guidance only.
Simulated neural network training convergence curves, backpropagation gradient calculations, 3D Transformer tensor animations, and acoustic audio codebook breakdowns are educational representations intended for conceptual learning.
4. Intellectual Property
LLM Matrix Lab software code, branding, and design assets are proprietary. Model names, trademarks, and logos (such as OpenAI GPT-4o, Meta Llama, Google Gemma, DeepSeek, Qwen) belong to their respective owners and are referenced strictly for identification and compatibility analysis.
5. Limitation of Liability
LLM Matrix Lab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the application.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated date. Continued use of LLM Matrix Lab indicates acceptance of updated terms.
